What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietitian position at Helen Hayes Hospital?
Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments and follow up care and documentation for patients of various disability groups, providing nutrition education to individuals, groups, families and other health care professionals. May supervise dietetic technicians and food service staff in the provision of appropriate foods and nutritional care based on individual patient needs.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently certified in New York State as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or currently registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Dietitian.
