Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement within a designated geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals through coaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization.
- Implement effective people management processes, including Hilti's source and select process, Hilti People Review process (HPR), and my development process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
