Hip & Humble is looking for a responsible administrative assistant to manage and respond accordingly to email and queries, keep calendar and make appointments as well as schedule management meetings and take minutes. Will also book travel arrangements, submit expense reports, run monthly reports, maintain and store imagery files as well as Google Sheets for projects. This position will require great interpersonal and professional communication skills as you work with staff, company partners and suppliers. All at the same time able to organize time to accomplish daily tasks and desk responsibilities.
Job Description:
- Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating management meetings.
- Handle incoming email queries and manage customer communications.
- Take minutes for management meetings.
- Organize and book company travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Run reports and perform data analysis.
- Organize and maintain imagery files and Google Sheets for project tracking.
- Assist the store managers with administrative tasks, including ordering store supplies.
- Maintain and manage confidential documents.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company annual events and parties.
- Provide support in project management throughout the year, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
