Role: Materials (Color) Designer
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Previous Apparel Industry experience is highly preferred but not required.

1. Must have previous experience in Materials Design, Lifestyle or Performance
2. Experience in participating in multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines (highly organized)
3. This person MUST has a feeling for fashion, trends, brands (above average vision for design)
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Art or a related field
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a design environment working with materials, textiles and/or color
- Previous experience in Materials Design, Lifestyle or Performance
- Proficiency in holistic product design & method of make
- Ability to collaborate both within the design team and with category partners, flexible with individual’s working styles
- Ability to translate cultural & consumer knowledge/insight to narratives and product
- executions
- Exceptional Presentation Skills; Visual Communication
- Strong consumer connection with performance related products, fashion and trends
- Highly organized and self-sufficient
- Experience in participating in multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; Information Seeker
- Strong digital suite / CAD capabilities.
Salary : $40 - $42
