Hirzel Law, PLC represents commercial property owners, condominium associations, and homeowners associations throughout Michigan. We are seeking a Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and administration team. This role will provide critical support in executing marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
  • Help maintain and update the firm’s website and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and networking engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Answer and screen phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage and organize marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Experience using Adobe Suite and Canva preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role preferred.

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
