General Information:
Hitachi Energy is hiring (2) Maintenance Supervisors at our Crystal Springs, MS location. The Maintenance Supervisoris responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the maintenance team. This position is focused on driving maintenance-related area improvements with preventative and repair maintenance. This position is responsible for supervising approximately 3-6 direct reports.
Shift & Schedule: This position will be based at our Crystal Springs, MS production plant and will support our shift working Monday - Friday:
1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure all activities under his responsibility are addressed in the respective health and safety risk analysis, and required controls are defined to conduct the work safely.
Manage outsourced activities and ensure that outsourced works are completed at right quality with minimum cost.
Do the required transactions in SAP for purchasing materials, equipment as required.
Ensure that daily preventive maintenance activities are planned and executed properly.
Oversee the execution from health and safety and quality perspectives.
Support in development of the procedures, instructions, or any other document for execution of the activities.
Support the team members' training.

Your Background:
Associate degree (may consider non-degree candidate with significant years of experience).
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Maintenance supervisor role.
Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic system as well as PLC and CNC equipment.
Experience in total preventive maintenance
Experience in using SAP is a plus
