The Bernon Family Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking an individual who loves to work with children to fill a full-time Teacher positions in the Childcare Center in Franklin, MA. Teachers are responsible for the direct supervision of all groups and activities in the assigned classroom. The qualified candidate must have an EEC Teacher certificate.
Essential Functions
- Provides supervision and guidance to children
- Assists the children during specific enrichment classes or program
- Participates and attends staff meetings, childcare family events, and at least three YMCA events
- Communicates with parents on a daily basis
- Is aware and follows all health policies, YMCA policies, and EEC regulations
