Overview :
Repair vehicles in an efficient and ethical manner under the supervision of a Flat-Rate Technician and / or Shop Foreman.
Responsibilities :
- Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
- Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
- Learn how to utilize computer to remain up to date on manufacturer recalls and / or technical data.
- Complete training required set by the manager.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area. Perform daily inspections of your work area.
- Stay compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
