Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the breakfast service.
Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages.
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meat cutting are advantageous.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for guest interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
