What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Holiday Inn Riverton?
The Holiday Inn in Riverton has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a busy hotel. This position performs maintenance service and general repairs in the areas of plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite and appliance servicing at a general level. Experience a plus but will train the right individuals. $14/hour. Uniforms provided. AM/PM availability. No overnight shifts. Insurance and PTO available after a waiting period. Qualifications/Physical requirements:-
- Strong attention to detail, working carefully within minimum time
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
- Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75lbs unassisted
- Must be capable of frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, and carrying
- Must be flexible in hours and days available to work in accordance to business need
