The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking individuals for the position of Corrections Officer (Female) and (Male).
Position Requirements for Corrections Officer (Male and Female)
1) 18 years old at the time of appointment
2) High School Graduate or Equivalent
3) Complete and pass a background & pre-employment examination(s)
4) Be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
5) Pass all required drug screens
Starting wage: $22.18/per hour or commensurate with experience. Applications can be obtained and downloaded at www.holmescountysheriff.org. Applications may be dropped off at the Sheriff's Office anytime.
