Edmond Real Estate Company is hiring a talented and organized individual to handle administrative front desk on a full time basis starting at $14.00 an hour with benefits.
Job Duties:
-Answer telephones and route calls to staff and Realtors
-Application Processing
-Data Entry
- Assist Marketing Department
-Assist owner/broker
-Any other office related tasks such as filing, making phone calls for managers, updating applicants, etc.
-Maintain reception and lobby area
Requirements :
-At least 1 year experience in office reception or comparable office experience
-At least 1 year experience handling multi-line phone system
-Highly professional attitude and strong team skills
-Dependable, on-time, and able to keep a regular schedule
-Ability to multi-task, recognize potential issues, and handle those issues without supervision
-Strong office computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to think quickly under pressure and work with all kinds of people
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
