Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Office Manager** to oversee the administrative functions of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing office operations and **Honda dealership accounting processes**, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Oversee accounting functions, including payroll, billing, and financial reporting specific to Honda dealership standards.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Honda-specific policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards.
  • Handle bank deposits, reconciliations, and other dealership accounting tasks.
  • Manage office staff, scheduling, and administrative workflows to support dealership operations.
  • Coordinate with the dealership management team to support overall operational goals.
  • Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications

  • **Must have prior experience working at a Honda dealership.**
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
  • Proficiency in Dealertrack DMS, Paychex and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
