Sr Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the intake, delivery, and readiness of IT and operations capabilities to meet business needs.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and accept user stories that demonstrate deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timelines.
• Conduct capability grooming and translate gaps into actionable requirements.
• Support business case development and capital planning through impact assessments.
• Facilitate effective communication regarding project milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment strategies and provide post-go live support to ensure operational readiness.

• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claims management.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and experience working with IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.

• Experience with Aha! or Rally project management tools.
• Proven track record of leading steering committee meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.
