The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our facility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and supporting front office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our facility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and supporting front office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Page designated staff members as needed
- Accurately receive, document, and relay messages
- Coordinate transportation by dispatching drivers for resident medical appointments
- Communicate issues or concerns to the Office Supervisor
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to support residents, visitors, vendors, and team members
