Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.
Job Type: Full Time and PRN openings
Weekend rotation is required.
The Physical Therapist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

The Physical Therapist works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.
Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- The Physical Therapist will provide therapy to our residents throughout our facility.
- Physical Therapists will provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on the MD’s orders.
- Physical Therapists will provide comprehensive treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Physical Therapists will provide comprehensive treatments to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions.
- Physical Therapist will participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.
- Physical Therapist will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited college with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy that APTA recognizes.
- Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist.
- Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
