Requirements
- As a Front Desk Agent, you are both the first impression and last impression of our hotel. You should be professional, courteous, helpful, and work to maximize our guest satisfaction.
- You are responsible for reservations, check-ins, check-outs, upgrades, room moves, and assisting with guest inquires.
