Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning for all new product launches across AirDoctor and AquaTru.
- Partner with Product Development, Digital, Creative, Amazon, Retail, and DTC teams to ensure alignment from concept to launch.
- Build and manage detailed launch roadmaps including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging in collaboration with Brand and Creative teams.
- Drive packaging, creative assets, and marketing copy approval processes to ensure brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Product Development and commercial teams (DTC, Amazon, Retail, and Wholesale).
- Ensure product specifications, claims, and substantiation are accurately translated into marketing, digital, and sales materials.
- Coordinate with Digital and Growth Marketing teams on acquisition and retention strategies tied to new product rollouts.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to validate forecasts, pricing strategies, and profitability models.
Performance & Reporting
- Establish launch KPIs, track performance, and prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership.
- Monitor early launch sales, consumer feedback, and reviews to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Partner with Customer Service and Digital Reputation teams to ensure customer-facing communication is on-brand and aligned.
Market Intelligence & Brand Building
- Research competitive landscape, consumer insights, and emerging trends in wellness and home environment categories.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Support strategic storytelling for brand initiatives, influencer programs, and omni-channel campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or GTM strategy, ideally within wellness, consumer goods, or DTC.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional product launches with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, Amazon, and omni-channel retail landscapes.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly analytical with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
