Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to support enzyme manufacturing processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and production parameters to ensure optimal output and quality standards.
- Utilize the Delta V process control system (a digital automation system) to manage and adjust production operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine checks and record operational data to maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Work closely with engineers to identify process improvements and implement optimization strategies.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- High School Diploma/GED
- A.A./B.S. or a related degree in a scientific or technical field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment
- Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer experience with MS Office suite
- Strong team player with an ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to lift 55 pounds
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
- Experience with automated process control systems or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
