Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Maintenance and Reliability across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Lead implementation of key reliability workstreams, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) loss analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA ), Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance, and Work Management processes.
- Develop and train site-level SMEs in the use of reliability methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, and Manufacturing Technology Engineers.
- Drive a reliability-focused mindset and culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and execution of diagnostics and reliability methodology.
- Support compliance with Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) and internal standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, production processes, or manufacturing technology.
- Working knowledge of equipment failure modes and RAGAGEP standards.
- Familiarity with Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Meridium software (preferred).
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience leading reliability initiatives in a global manufacturing environment.
