Role Summary
Seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the Search experience using Coveo, with a goal of elevating discovery, personalization, and relevance. Cruise domain experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategy for Coveo-powered search across platforms.
- Improve search ranking, personalization, auto-suggestions, and click-through rates.
- Partner with Coveo developers, data analysts, and UX teams.
- Influence the broader booking experience starting from the discovery phase.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Coveo Relevance Cloud and analytics.
- Prior work in cruise, travel, or eCommerce search.
- Deep understanding of search KPIs, UI/UX, and behavior analytics.
