What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at IGT Solutions?
We are looking for Scrum Master- Book for Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:-
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint health.
- Guide the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster high-performing team dynamics.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, QA, and engineering leads.
- Module-Specific: Book: Coordinates with booking APIs and payment gateway teams.
Preferred Skills:-
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Industry experience in travel, hospitality, or digital commerce.
