MSP Tier II Technician

Position: MSP Tier II Technician

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Bixby, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and deploy customer infrastructure solutions


• Maintain and troubleshoot network systems


• Provide remote and onsite support to clients


• Configure and deploy Cisco equipment


• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 technicians


• Ensure high-quality client-facing service


• Implement Windows server solutions


• Utilize scripting for automation tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in Windows/Microsoft environments


• Hands-on experience with Cisco products


• Valid driver's license for local travel


• Strong troubleshooting skills


• Background in network design and deployment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Mac OS environments


• Familiarity with Meraki firewalls


• Consulting background or MSP experience


• Knowledge of scripting languages
