Trial Paralegal

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal (TEMPORARY) to join the team at one of our collaborative law firm clients, based in Houston, Texas.

This is a temporary (duration of 4-6 weeks) and onsite position at the law firm’s office in Houston, Texas. This Paralegal is expected to work 40 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in development and presentation of evidence in court proceedings.
• Provide litigation support at evidentiary hearings and trials.
• Candidates MUST have trial prep experience (witness prep, exhibit prep, pre-trial filings, exhibit lists, witness lists, working with trial team and presentation experts.)
• Identify, locate and gather records.
• Obtain and verify documents and evidence.
• Assist attorneys in trial, hearings and sentencing preparations

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 years of law firm experience
• Candidates MUST have trial prep experience (witness prep, exhibit prep, pre-trial filings, exhibit lists, witness lists, working with trial team and presentation experts.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in organization, review, analysis and presentation of complex cases
