Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Internal and Employee Communications Manager to cover a six-month maternity leave. This role is central to driving employee engagement, supporting executive communications, and aligning internal messaging across a global, matrixed organization. You’ll partner closely with HR, DEI, and senior leadership to deliver impactful communications that foster a connected and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support enterprise-wide initiatives across HR, Legal, Product, and Brand.
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, crafting executive messaging and supporting leadership visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across global teams.
🔹 HR, DEI & Culture Communications
Lead internal campaigns that promote DEI initiatives, HR programs, and employee experience efforts.
Support change management and organizational updates with clear, empathetic communication.
🔹 Content & Channel Management
Create and manage compelling content across internal platforms (email, intranet, Slack, etc.).
Own the development and delivery of company-wide announcements, leadership updates, and cultural storytelling.
🔹 Structure & Systems
Establish scalable processes and frameworks for internal communications.
Manage tools and systems that support communication workflows and employee engagement.
Provide administrative support for communications planning, calendaring, and reporting.
🔹 Events & Engagement
Plan and execute internal events such as town halls, panels, and employee forums.
Design feedback loops (surveys, polls, etc.) to measure engagement and continuously improve communications.
