What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Insight Global?
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Managers to understand their recruitment needs and make each recruitment a successful team achievement.
Partnering with Vendor Recruitment Partners
Sourcing applicants with LinkedIn Recruiter Search.
Managing the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling the interviews, sending assessments/ rejection emails, etc.
Managing recruitment databases and ensuring that we're following best practices for tracking each candidates journey through our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Achieve or exceed defined KPIs and goals.
Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges.
Assisting with the administrative onboarding tasks (references calls, background checks, compiling and maintaining electronic employee records on our HR system, enrolling employee on our Health/Life insurance, 401k, etc.) and coordinating logistics for new hires first day.
Overseeing team building events (welcome breakfast, birthday lunch, Quarterly team building events, ordering food supplies, etc.).
Assisting with the implementation of new benefits or HR projects.
Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter Search and familiarity with LinkedIn ATS software would be a big plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with an HRIS, basic knowledge of labor laws.
Experience administering on-boarding of new employees (orientation, background checks, professional references, new employee paperwork)
Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to details and accuracy.
A confident and sociable person who looks for guidance and counsel when needed.
Ability to work in a start-up mode, in a dynamic and fast-growing industry and in an international environment.
