UKG Analyst

Title: UKG Analyst

Location: Paramus, NJ 07652

Pay Range: $80K-$110K

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This role supports daily operations of the HRIS team, focusing on data entry, ServiceDesk triage, system maintenance, and documentation. The analyst will help maintain accurate employee data across HR platforms, including UKG Pro, Kronos WFM (Dimensions), and Paycom.

• Respond to HRIS-related ServiceDesk tickets, including access issues, onboarding/offboarding support, and system questions
• Maintain user security roles, run basic audits, and complete field-level data corrections
• Assist with routine data entry and reconciliation tasks across HR and payroll systems
• Support reporting efforts by preparing or distributing standard HRIS reports
• Contribute to system cleanup, configuration validation, and documentation efforts related to the Paycom transition

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in clerical, HR, or administrative system support roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with ServiceDesk or similar ticketing tools
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially Paycom, UKG, or Kronos WFM
• Excellent attention to detail and task follow-through
• Strong written communication and ability to escalate clearly

Nice to Have / Plusses:

• Experience supporting UKG Pro or Kronos WFM Dimensions configurations
• Exposure to HR system implementation or transition projects
• Experience creating SOPs, guides, or internal process documentation
• Familiarity with hybrid technical/business analyst roles
