Title: HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Analyst
Location: Paramus, NJ 07652 (3x a week onsite)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of experience in clerical, HR, or administrative system support roles
- Experience supporting UKG Pro or Kronos WFM Dimensions configurations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with ServiceDesk or similar ticketing tools
- Excellent attention to detail and task follow-through
- Strong written communication and ability to escalate clearly
Plusses:
- Exposure to HR system implementation or transition projects
- Experience creating SOPs, guides, or internal process documentation
- Familiarity with hybrid technical/business analyst roles
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring an HRIS Analyst for a healthcare client located in North Jersey. This role supports the daily operations of the HRIS team, with a focus on data entry, ServiceDesk triage, system maintenance, and documentation. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data across HR platforms, including UKG Pro, Kronos WFM (Dimensions), and Paycom. Key responsibilities include responding to HRIS-related ServiceDesk tickets involving access issues, onboarding and offboarding support, and general system inquiries. The analyst will also manage user security roles, conduct basic audits, and perform field-level data corrections. Additional duties include routine data entry and reconciliation across HR and payroll systems, preparing and distributing standard HRIS reports, and contributing to system cleanup, configuration validation, and documentation efforts related to the Paycom transition.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
