Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting or related field experience preferred
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems and or willingness to learn
Ex: Kronos, UKGPro, SAP, SuccessFactors
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors on a domestic and global platform
Ability to provide guidance on Agile methodology

D2D:
A client is looking to hire a HRIS Systems Support Specialist in the Northern New Jersey area. This resource will work closely within IT and HR. This person will be supporting and optimizing day-to-day operations within HR-related applications such as Kronos, UKGPro, and other systems as needed. This position primarily focuses on data entry, system maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy within HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of HRIS processes and data management. The responsibilities included in this role are systems updates and audits, reporting support and reports from HRIS systems to employees by answering ServiceDesk tickets, documentation, and process improvement, and working on special projects related to system enhancements, updates, and new implementations.
