3 YOE specifically in merchandising and/or product creation
Has lead a team that oversees multiple businesses; should be able to handle a wider breadth of business
Understanding systems/business/how decisions are made

Ability to lead a cross-functional team by setting clear expectations
Leads with a positive spirit; collaborative, positive outlook; able to operate in ambiguous situations; agile and flexible
Has experience in apparel
