- Partner with account managers to identify and understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.
- Present qualified candidates to account managers and coordinate the interview process.
- Negotiate and close offers with candidates.
- 3 years of experience in engineering recruiting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the engineering landscape and the skills and experience required for various engineering roles.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
