Position Title: MES Designer

Location: Greenville, NC (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MES Designer to support manufacturing execution system (MES) activities, focusing on MBR (Master Batch Record) design, system integration, and validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rockwell MES, strong technical understanding of manufacturing environments, and a proven ability to support digital manufacturing solutions from design through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Master Batch Records (MBRs) within the Rockwell MES platform.
• Perform system design verification and validation activities in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Integrate MES with shop-floor equipment, machines, and automation systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MES functionality or integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure successful MES deployment and operation.
• Ensure all system changes are documented according to change control processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Rockwell MES platforms (e.g., PharmaSuite, FactoryTalk ProductionCentre).
• Hands-on experience with MBR design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of equipment integration, automation systems, and data communication protocols (e.g., OPC, PLC).
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, GAMP5, and CSV (Computer System Validation) practices.
