Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user-centered design for Digital Health and Surgical Instrumentation.
- Conduct HFE activities (task analysis, usability evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs).
- Develop HF deliverables for regulatory compliance (IEC 62366, FDA HF guidance).
- Ensure safe, intuitive user experiences for life-science products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Regulatory, Clinical).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD with relevant HFE experience
- 4 years supporting medical device development (SiMD/SaMD)
- Delivered full HFE file for successful FDA approval (IEC 60601-1-6)
