Our award winning healthcare client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure projects related to the installation of systems and devices in a new patient tower. This individual will play a key role in overseeing medium-complexity projects, coaching junior team members, and ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with established project management methodologies.

- Lead and manage operational and tactical aspects of assigned projects, including IT infrastructure and device installations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of project management principles to develop detailed project charters, work plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management productivity tools and estimation techniques with proficiency.
- Prepare and maintain clear and detailed project documentation.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Review and approve project status reports and escalate issues as needed.
- Coach and support project coordinators and analysts on best practices and project execution.
- Manage a team of 10–20 cross-functional staff members to execute project deliverables.
- Serve as a champion of our client’s project management methodology and standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with increasing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and device implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects of moderate complexity and risk.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience coaching junior project team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Experience negotiating with and managing vendors.
- Understand and comply with all enterprise and departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the integration of information security practices into the design, development, and implementation of hospital technology resources.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, federal/state laws, and healthcare accreditation standards governing data privacy and security.
- Support all compliance activities related to state and federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and other applicable regulations governing the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other sensitive information.
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
