Essential Functions for the Order Puller/Packer Include:
- Load/unload products from truck manually or with a forklift and place on a conveyor belt.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on electronic devices.
- Measure, weigh, count and re-pack full cases of products into smaller quantities as required.
- Examine and inspect containers and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Complete order receipts and maintain electronic records of incoming and outgoing product.
- General housekeeping of work area.
Minimum Requirements for the Order Puller/Packer Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years warehouse or industrial experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of hand held electronic devices and/or computer.
- Experience operating a forklift is helpful, but not necessary.
