Essential Functions for the Secretary Include:
- Process vehicle titles using the respective state agency guidelines in a timely manner to assure a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide support for all administrative needs pertaining to additional company equipment.
- Interface with various internal and external clients.
- Maintain various reports utilizing Excel.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant.
- Additional assignments as directed by leadership.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, copying, and data entry.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Secretary Include:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience is required.
- Knowledge of vehicle licensing helpful, but not necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience and ability to navigate and adapt to various internal and external online platforms to perform job duties.
- Deadline-driven with a sense of urgency.
- Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization and active listening skills is REQUIRED.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve.
- Must be able to type 45 wpm with accuracy.
- Solid work history is required to be considered.
