Clinical Pharmacist in Seaside, OR.
- Full-Time/Day Shift
- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.
- The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life
- Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the sisters of the hospital's mission and philosophy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
