As our HR Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our group insurance programs, retirement plans, and leave administration. You will ensure that our Employee-Owners have the information and support they need to navigate their benefits confidently. Your creativity will shine as you develop engaging educational content and host interactive webinars to enhance employees’ understanding of their benefits options.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, including a solid understanding of open enrollment processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- A creative mindset with experience in developing educational content and facilitating interactive sessions.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems is a plus.
