Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor - Distribution Center
Location: Northeast side of Atlanta
Schedule: 2nd Shift
🔧 What You'll Do:
- Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Lead, train, and develop hourly team members in safety, efficiency, and performance standards
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee rework
- Partner with management and HR on hiring, development, and performance matters
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and address issues in real time
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
- 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory/supply chain principles
- Forklift and HAZMAT certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and planning skills
