A rapidly growing full service general contracting, property development and construction management firm has a need for a seasoned Project Manager to assist in and grow their portfolio of work. They are a family-owned and operated, merit-shop organization with over 75 years of service to the tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, including greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington, and Louisville.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 years of lead Project Manager experience
- Ability to manage up to $30MM
- Experience supporting projects in the Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, and Education space
- Local to Greater Cincinnati
