ITnova is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide support for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of security and monitoring systems. This position supports operations in accordance with contract requirements and ensures reliable system performance in the field.

- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of security and monitoring systems.
- Support field service activities for systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Ambient Air Monitoring Systems, and related security technologies.
- Diagnose system faults and perform corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Conduct system testing and verification following maintenance or repair activities.
- Document service activities, findings, and resolutions.
- Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and customers as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or another information technology-related field; or
- High School Diploma or equivalent:
- Two (2) years of experience maintaining or servicing security systems with an Associate’s Degree; or Three (3) years of experience maintaining or servicing security systems without an Associate’s Degree.
- Experience with maintaining and servicing systems such as:
- CCTV
- Access Control Systems
- Ambient Air Monitoring Systems
- Other security and monitoring systems identified in the RFP.
