What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Assist with managing daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- Support hiring, training, and coaching crew and shift leaders
- Help maintain health, safety, and food quality standards
- Lead by example on the floor during shifts and provide excellent customer service
- Step up to manage the store in the GM’s absence
- Collaborate with the General Manager on business goals and store performance
- Participate in Jersey Mike’s 3-phase training program for management
Qualifications
- Prior management experience preferred but not required—training provided
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to Jersey Mike’s standards of quality and service
