About the Role
As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands-on in all aspects of daily restaurant operations. From slicing meats and baking bread to engaging with guests and keeping the store clean, you’ll play a big part in making someone’s day—one sandwich at a time.
Responsibilities
- Make subs quickly and accurately following the Jersey Mike’s system
- Deliver friendly, high-energy service to every guest
- Assist with food prep and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift
- Follow all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Cashier responsibilities: take orders, handle payments, bag online orders
- Support teammates and communicate clearly with staff and management
Qualifications
- Must be 15 (18 to operate slicer)
- No prior experience needed—we provide paid training!
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment
- Bonus: Prior food service or quick-serve restaurant experience
