Here is what you will be doing:
Demonstrate effective client support and relationship management as evidenced by favorable Key Performance Indicator scores and client surveys.
Build relationships within Facilities Management and the Business Unit clients/customers.
Meet or exceed attainment of the Annual Management Scorecard goals and objectives/KPIs.
Proficient coordination of Facility Services, continually and consistently.
Act as an effective liaison between Associates, Facilities, and Services personnel by communicating proper information and ensuring tenant requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
Maintain satisfactory or better Customer Satisfaction per the Order system.
Maintain Preventive Maintenance and Work Orders and conduct building inspections
Assist with reviewing, measuring, and tracking on-time completion rates associated with reactive and preventative maintenance work orders.
Assist with reviewing work order history to identify baselines and common issues; develop strategies to reduce common issues. Benchmark with industry practices, and develop an agreed timeframe for the various types of work performed.
Assist in the attainment of satisfactory or better Customer Satisfaction based on the Client Satisfaction Survey/Report.
Develop strong partnerships with internal clients, business partners, and industry experts to provide strategicguidance and be influential around the long-term use of real estate & workplace to optimize performance.
Provide the appropriate Leadership to the team, to learn and become proficient in the operations and maintenance of all assigned building's infrastructure and equipment.
Ensure that all work performed has a Service request associated with the requested service.
Inspect and maintain Data Centers 24x7x365 to ensure 100% uptime of these locations. (All IDF, NDC Rooms-All locations, in Owings Mills)
Manage and Deliver the goal of Zero Downtime in Critical Environments as a result of work performed by or under the control of JLL.
Ensure operation of all office facilities is available 24x7x365 through proper maintenance and repair of facilities systems.
Partner with Global Technology, Landlords, and building occupants to complete planned and preventive maintenance tasks and ensure that building equipment is maintained properly.
Ensure the team maximizes the Work Order tool to maximize Pro-Active work orders/activities and minimize client-submitted (Re-Active) work orders.
Continue administering the Preventative Maintenance Program in all owned locations at a 95% or better rate to maximize the efficiency and longevity of all building systems.
Assist the team in the submission, compliance, and passing of the JLL Annual Operational Compliance Program (OCP), with an OCP score of 5.0.
Assist with completing all Projects (Capital and Facilities)

Pay $34.09 - 49.42 hourly
