Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
