Our firm is on the hunt for a dynamic Permanent Associate Attorney to join our seasoned team of legal professionals. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in construction law and construction litigation. This role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to work on complex legal matters, represent clients in high-stakes disputes, and provide legal guidance on construction-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on construction law and litigation. This role will involve working closely with partners and clients, presenting a unique opportunity to grow and refine your legal skills.

Responsibilities

The Permanent Associate Attorney will be responsible for

• Representing clients in construction-related disputes and litigation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents related to construction projects.
• Providing legal advice on construction law matters, including contract disputes, lien claims, construction defects, and delay claims.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on various construction law issues.
• Collaborating with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Preparing and presenting cases in court.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to construction law.
• Ensuring all legal advice and representation adhere to professional ethics and standards of practice.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should possess

• A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of five years of experience in construction law and litigation.
• Admitted and in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven experience in representing clients in construction-related disputes.
• Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
