- Plan and manage audit engagements, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audits in the nonprofit and construction sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of external audit procedures and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex audit issues.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
