Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing the audit processes for clients.
- Managing the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Monitoring and analyzing the internal control systems.
- Leading the audit team and directing its activities.
- Providing training and support to junior audit team members.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Preparing and reviewing audit reports.
- Identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing regulations.
- CPA certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing.
- Strong knowledge of auditing theories and practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and General Ledger.
- Experience as an Audit Manager.
- Knowledge of assurance, budgeting, and tax regulations.
- Experience with CCH and Non-Profit organizations.
- Experience with review engagements.
