Are you a dynamic and experienced audit professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment? Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our organization is on the lookout for an Audit Senior who is ready to step into a challenging and rewarding role. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, training staff, and maintaining client relationships. You will have the opportunity to for incredible career growth and work with a very diverse group of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, direct, and complete financial audits in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Review financial statements, records, reports, operations and documentation to ascertain the degree of control over operations and compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and government laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document the proposed process.
• Act as a key point of contact for our clients, maintaining and building strong, trusted advisor relationships.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.
• Continuously update knowledge of rules, regulations, and standards in the finance industry and apply this knowledge to your role.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP standards.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
