- 3 years of high-level HR experience, leading a team and department.
- Experience with employee relations throughout the employee life cycle.
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

- Provide Human Resources support to our Jobot family, offering guidance and resolution.
- Collaborating with our leadership team to advise on best practices.
- Owning and implementing all HR processes, procedures, and projects, and delegating when needed.

- Highly knowledgeable of federal, state, and local employment law best practices.
- An excellent and thoughtful communicator, acting as a liaison for our senior leadership team, legal counsel, and more, to better the lives of our Jobot Family.
